You’ll be participating in coached Olympic Weightlifting sessions focused on developing technical mastery and barbell strength.
Olympic Weightlifting: Focuses on the two competition lifts—the Snatch and the Clean & Jerk—which build explosive power, coordination, speed, and total-body strength.
Technique Development: Emphasizes precise movement mechanics, proper bar path, and efficient receiving positions to help athletes lift safely and effectively.
Strength Training: Incorporates foundational barbell lifts such as squats, pulls, and presses to build the strength required to improve Olympic lifts.
Accessory Work: Includes targeted exercises designed to strengthen weak points, improve mobility, and reinforce proper movement patterns.
Each session is designed to help athletes steadily improve their Olympic lifts through structured programming and focused coaching. Workouts can be adjusted in weight, intensity, and movement complexity to accommodate athletes of all experience levels—from beginners learning the lifts for the first time to experienced lifters looking to refine their technique.
The goal of Oly Fans is simple: get stronger, move better, and lift more confidently under the bar. All Oly Fans sessions are coach-led and follow a planned progression, typically lasting around 60 minutes.
Each class generally follows this structure:
Throughout the session, the coach will provide individual feedback and technical corrections to help athletes safely improve their lifting.
No prior Olympic Weightlifting experience is required.
Athletes who are new to SERVE should Book a No-Sweat Intro to get started. Existing members can jump into class and start learning the lifts.
