HYROX is the global fitness race designed for everyday athletes — combining functional strength, running, and grit into one unforgettable challenge. Our HYROX training program in Raleigh helps you build the engine, strength, and skill you need to confidently step onto the start line (and enjoy the process getting there).

What is HYROX?

Each race follows the same format worldwide:

Run 1km → Complete a workout station → Repeat x8

You’ll move through functional stations like:

  • Sled Push + Pull
  • SkiErg
  • Farmers Carry
  • Burpee Broad Jumps
  • Sandbag Lunges
  • Wall Balls
  • Rowing
  • And more — depending on your division

It’s strength. It’s cardio. It’s pacing. It’s strategy.

And yes — it’s a whole lot of fun.

What to Expect in Training

Our HYROX program blends conditioning, strength work, pacing strategy, and movement efficiency. You’ll train things like:

  • Running mechanics & aerobic capacity
  • Functional strength & power
  • Grip endurance
  • Movement efficiency on race stations
  • Smart pacing (so you don’t redline at station #2)

Workouts are scalable for every fitness level — from beginners to competitive athletes. You’ll train alongside a supportive crew and an experienced coach guiding you every step of the way.

Session Format

Most HYROX sessions are around 60 minutes

including:

  1. Warm-up & movement prep
  2. Skill or technique work
  3. Conditioning or race-style intervals
  4. Cooldown & recovery guidance

Everything is coach-led — and always adjusted to your level.

Prerequisites

No HYROX experience needed.

Just bring a willingness to work, learn, and have fun.
