For Seth, it all comes down to one core belief that our health is the most important thing we have. That mindset is what first inspired him to become a coach. Over the past 10 years, he’s worked with friends, family, and military members helping people build lasting strength and confidence through functional movement.

Seth holds a CrossFit Level 1 certification and lives by the idea that function beats aesthetics. His own fitness journey is rooted in staying strong, capable, and mobile for life, not just looking the part. His coaching style is laid back but focused, creating a space where clients feel supported, challenged, and even entertained. He’ll probably make you laugh and ruin at least one lift every session. You can consider that a promise.
He believes the key to a successful training relationship is simple, progress. And he teaches every client that health and fitness are like a plot graph. Daily ups and downs are normal, but the goal is always to trend upward over time.

Seth’s ideal client is someone who’s ready to learn from his own experiments and mistakes. Someone looking to make fitness work with their life, not against it. His favorite movement? Weighted carries, because they’re practical, powerful, and transferable to life outside the gym. His least favorite? Long, boring cardio. He’ll do it, but he’s not happy about it.
When he’s not coaching, you might find him daydreaming about a horseback riding trek across Kyrgyzstan and Mongolia. And one fun fact? Seth doesn’t follow an overly strict eating or training regimen. He’s not training for an event, just a long, healthy life. And don’t be surprised to see a headband in his gym bag. It’s a necessity, not a fashion statement.
